The High Divers – “Weighing On My Mind” (Video)

Last week, in the midst of the Hurricane Florence hysteria, The High Divers premiered a music video for their song “Weighing On My Mind” off their 2018 album Chicora via Charleston Scene. It’s actually the first official music video that The High Divers have put out, which is surprising when you consider how long they’ve been in the game. Regardless, they’ve managed to put together a fantastic music video featuring scenery from all across the United States, filmed on their nationwide tour that followed the release of Chicora.

The “Weighing On My Mind” music video was filmed by both The High Divers’ very own Luke Mitchell, and their tour assistant Jorge Arroyo (who has also been involved with videos for The Mobros and more) in places as far from Charleston as Sequoia National Park in California and Niagra Falls State Park in New York, and many locations in between. The video does a great job depicting the message of friendship and unity at the forefront of the song’s lyrics, while at the same time giving us a peek at some of the most scenic landscapes in America.
