SondorBlue Announce Summer Tour Dates

Charleston indie-pop crooners SondorBlue are hitting the road this summer in anticipation of their upcoming full-length debut album. The album comes after two solid EPs, Realometer and You Will Find Love on Ashley Avenue that have gained them a good bit of traction both here in Charleston and the rest of the Southeast over the past two years.

Most of the dates on the SondorBlue summer tour are scattered around the Southeast, but they will be traveling as far as Milwaukee, WI, and Dover, DE to play Summerfest and Firefly Festival, respectively. Charleston dates include June 1st at the Pour House and June 30th at The Royal American for the Summer Shindig, where they will play alongside a lineup of Charleston’s finest musicians.

This is going to be a big summer for SondorBlue, who have come a long way since their drummerless beginnings at College of Charleston keg parties. Their sound really resonates with a lot of people, and in return has been spreading rather quickly. If their full-length album hits all the right notes (which I’m sure it will), we’ll be talking about yet another breakout band from Charleston.

SondorBlue will be releasing a new video from a series they’ve dubbed “Day-to-Day” every week until the album drops. The series is mostly being documented by the talented Mia Naome, who has also been doing some work shooting shows with Extra Chill in recent weeks.
