Crab Claw – “Scoot, Scoot” (Video)

If you haven’t heard of Crab Claw, they’re a Charleston-based supergroup in which members of Brave Baby, SUSTO, The High Divers, Johnny Delaware, and Band of Horses get together and make comedic country rock. Yesterday they premiered “Scoot, Scoot” the first single off their upcoming sophomore album, along with a hilarious music video, courtesy of Toucan Films. “Scoot, Scoot” is a song about riding around Charleston on a scooter, and the video features a man with a mullet (Walker Trull, frontman of Crab Claw) who gets rejected by his girlfriend at The Rare Bit when he shows up with a fresh haircut. Later, his girlfriend meets another mullet man at Queen Street Grocery and is shown departing with him, while our original mullet man is left alone with his scooter.
