Matt Monday – The Glow (Single)

Matt Monday is a hip-hop artist from Charleston who just released his newest single “The Glow” via S.W.I.M. (Southern Wealth In Music), which is a record label Matt started in 2013. Matt Monday has been named both the Best Local Hip-Hop Artist and Hip-Hop Artist of the Year by the Charleston City Paper, and has been doing big things lately along with the rest of the hip-hop scene, which has been getting a lot more buzz around town in recent weeks. A few weeks back the Charleston Music Hall hosted the first installment of Charleston Live, where Matt Monday came up on stage with Benjamin Starr to perform their song “Flowers”. Once you listen to “The Glow”, you’ll understand what the buzz is all about. It’s a super chill song with a dope beat courtesy of Slight.
